It takes us back to the origin of our group, EFANOR, once known as the Factory of Sewing Reels. It represents the line that originates the fabrics, the basis of our fashion.
Our history
2022
Start of a new growth era with the Zeitreel name and a restructured portfolio with the brands Salsa Jeans, MO, Zippy and Losan.
2020
Acquisition of the remaining 50% of the share capital of Salsa Jeans.
2018
Creation of ISRG, a combination of Sport Zone, Sprinter & JD Group.
Sonae Fashion is born, a group exclusively dedicated to Sonae's fashion brands.
2016
Sonae SR reorganises itself, with a focus on fashion and sports, and Sonae Sports & Fashion is created.
Acquisition of 50% of Salsa Jeans, a Portuguese denim brand.
2015
Acquisition of Losan, a Spanish company with extensive experience in children's fashion.
2013
Modalfa repositions itself and presents the new brand, MO.
2010
Within the Sonae Group, Sonae SR is created, bringing together the sports, fashion and electronics segments, including Zippy and Modalfa.
